1 box (1.4 oz.) Sugar Free Fat Free Jell-O Chocolate Pudding

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

2 tsp. Instant coffee

2 cups COLD fat free milk

8 Tbsp. sugar free whipped topping (We used Sugar Free Cool Whip)

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


Cafe Mocha Pudding

1. In a large mixing bowl pour the chocolate Jell-O pudding, protein powder and instant coffee. Then pour 2 cups COLD milk over the top and mix with a whisk for 5 minutes, until it starts to get firm.

2. Divide evenly (about 1/2 cup each) between 4 cups. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons whipped topping and lightly dust with ground cinnamon.

3. You can serve immediately or place them in a refrigerator to eat later.


Yield: 4 Servings
