Reposting any of the articles from WeBeFit.com on other websites may only be done with individual articles. Payment is $3,500 per article, payable in advance to Eden Entertainment Limited, Inc. This gives the person who purchases use of the article the right to repost on a single external website or run it in up to 50 newspapers or 1 magazine. Credit must be given to WeBeFit as copyright holder and content may only remain online for 90 days. If the article(s) are left posted for additional days, there is a $100 fee per day, payable on the 1st of every month for the preceeding month. Any payments that are received after the 3rd will be considered late and subject to a 10% late fee.
Should any articles be used without permission, the person and/or organization the reposts or reprints them agrees to pay $8,000 per article for the first 90 days, $200 per day after that, plus late and legal fees.
