2 slices whole wheat, whole grain bread
(We used German Dark Wheat for added flavor)

2 tsp. fat free mayonnaise

2 tsp. fat free Catalina dressing

6 slices mesquite turkey breast
(We used Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Mesquite turkey Breast)

2 slices apple


Turkey & Apple Sandwich

1. Toast the bread. Then mix together the mayonnaise and Catalina dressing. Spread the dressing on one of the slices of bread.

2. Place the turkey slices on the bread, add the apple slices and top with the remaining bread.

Yield: 1 serving.
