1 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (1/2 8 oz container)
(We used Albertson's Nonfat Yogurt with No Sugar Added because it was the lowest in sugar - 11 grams.)

1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk

1 scoop (1/3 cup) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor

1/2 cup nonfat milk (regular or lactose-free)

1/2 cup orange juice


Blueberry Protein Shake

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

If you're making this for yourself, cover the second glass and put it in the refrigerator. You can drink it the next day after simply stirring it up.


Yield: 2 servings. Serving size 2 1/4 cups each.
