1 1/2 cups nonfat milk (regular or lactose-free)

2 tsp. instant coffee

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

2 packets artificial sweetener
(We used Splenda)

Dash of cinnamon, ground

4 ice cubes


Cappuccino Shake

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

You can make this in Regular or Decaf and have your breakfast on the run.


Yield: 1 serving.
