1 cup nonfat milk (regular or lactose-free)
2/3 cup frozen red raspberries (70 grams)
1 Tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter
1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed meal
1 packet artificial sweetener (Splenda, Sweet & Low or Equal)

Raspberry Cinnamon Peanut Butter Shake
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.
2. Pour into two glasses and serve.
3. To store the extra, cover with plastic wrap. The covered glass will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
