2 cups fat free milk

OR

2 cups fat free LOW CARB milk
(We used Hood Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage - Fat Free and 75% less sugar.)

2 scoops (2/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

1/2 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

3/4 tsp. imitation almond extract

1 .15 oz. packet of grape unsweetened Kool-Aid

7-8 ice cubes

Grape Protein Shake

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

2. Pour into two glasses and serve.

3. To store the extra, cover with plastic wrap. The covered glass will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days provided the ingredients used were fresh. (Because the blending adds air and increases the volume, it measures slightly more per serving if you pour it into a serving glass right away versus letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight.)

Yield: 2 servings
(Approximately 3 cups each serving after blending.)
