Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

Calories 440 (10% from fat)
Fat 5 gram
Saturated Fat 1.5 gram
Chol. 70 mg.
Sodium 650 mg.
Carb. 52 gram
Fiber 6.5 gram
Sugar 21 gram
Protein 41 gram


2 cups fat free milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

2/3 cup (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

1 cup (8.25 oz.) light sliced peaches

2 packets (45 g each) Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar flavor


Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

2. Pour into two glasses and serve. (For a little extra you can sprinkle additional cinnamon on top.)


Yield: 2 servings - approximately 2 cups per serving
