2 cups rice milk
(We used Rice Dream Rice Drink Original Classic)

1/4 cup Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar)

3 drops almond extract

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp, ground cinnamon

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

2 cups of ice

OPTIONAL GARNISH cinnamon stick to keep it mixed


Horchata Inspired - Cinnamon Rice Shake

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and serve.


Yield: 2 servings (About 1 3/4 cups per serving.)
