1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp. coconut milk
1/8 tsp. coconut extract
OPTIONAL
2 packets artificial sweetener
(We used one packet of Sweet & Low and one packet of Equal.)

Coconut Strawberry Protein Shake
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high (about 1 minute) until it's thoroughly combined and creamy.
2. This makes a large shake. You can also split it in two and cover the second one, put it in the refrigerator and save it for the next day.
Yield: 1 serving (But can be split in 2)
