Fiber 0 gram
Sugar 3.5 gram
Protein 20 gram


1 can (12 oz.) diet root beer

2 Tbsp. fat free half & half

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)

3/4 tsp. root beer concentrate

2 1/2 Tbsp. Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar)

4-6 ice cubes


Root Beer Protein Shake

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. You may have to start it slow so the foam doesn't go up over the top. Once it's thoroughly combined and creamy it's ready.


Yield: 1 serving
