Calories 100 (12% from fat)
Fat 1.2 gram
Saturated Fat 0.5 gram
Trans Fat 0 mg.
Chol. 35 mg.
Sodium 76 mg.
Carb. 11.6 gram
Fiber 2.5 gram
Sugar 7 gram
Protein 11 gram


2 cups sugar free orange drink
(Crystal Light Orange and Wylers were both good.)

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp. Splenda
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla.)

1 1/2 cups sugar free ginger ale


Strawberry-Ginger Protein Shake

1. Put all the ingredients EXCEPT the ginger ale together in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined.

2. Split the mixture between two glasses. Just before you're ready to drink, stir 3/4 cup of sugar free ginger ale into each serving. Because the ginger ale foams up, you may have to wait a minute or two for the bubbles to dissipate.


Yield: 2 servings
