Cool Honey Mint Shake (The Cool it Honey!)
1. Put the water, Splenda, honey and mint in a non-stick saucepan. Turn heat on medium high and bring to a boil while stirring. Once it's boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
2. Remove mint syrup from the heat and pour the mixture through a sieve. Put the syrup in the refrigerator to cool and discard the mint leaves.
3. After 15 minutes of cooling, combine the mint syrup, milk, ice and protein powder in a blender. Mix until the ice is crushed. Divide into four servings. You can store the extra in the refigerator.
