Cherry & Cream Cheese Jell-O Layer http://www.webefit.com/Recipes/Desserts/rec_des_036.html

1. Empty both Jell-O packets into a mixing bowl. Then pour the boiling water over top and mix until Jell-O is dissolved. Stir the cherries in and then the cup of cold water. Put it in the refrigerator and chill until it's partially set.
2. Put the Fiber One and Cheerios in a blender and run it on grate for 15-20 seconds. Pour it into a mixing bowl and add the melted butter and honey. Mash it all together until it's thoroughly wet, then press it into an 8 inch round, 4 inch deep dish.
3. Put cream cheese and Splenda in a small mixing bowl and beat it until it's smooth. Then fold the whipped topping in. Spread the whipped mixture over top of the cereal crust. Put this dish in the refrigerator until Jell-O is ready.
4. Once Jell-O has started to set, gently spoon it over the cream cheese layer so it doesn't penetrate to the crust. Put it back in the refrigerator and chill until everything is set, about 3-4 more hours.
