4 slices of whole grain, whole wheat bread (We used Sara Lee Heart Healthy)
3 Tbsp. peanut butter (We used Naturally More Peanut Butter)
2 Tbsp. sugar free jelly (We used Smuckers Sugar Free Seedless Blackberry)
1. Toast the bread. Split the peanut butter in half and spread each half on the two bottom slices of bread. Then do the same with the jelly. 2. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve. Yield: 2 servings.
