Almond Oatmeal Protein Shake There are three ways to make this shake, depending on how you want it. 1. FAST - Don't bother cooking the oatmeal. Simply mix all the ingredients together in a blender and drink. 2. SMOOTH - Cook the oatmeal first, then let it cool for 10 minutes and it'll mix together more thoroughly when you blend it. 3. WARM - Cook the oatmeal first, then heat up the milk in a microwave for 1 - 2 minutes. Combine all the ingredients in a blender while still hot and it makes a smooth, hot almond oatmeal protein shake. Yield: 1 serving |
