4-6 ice cubes 1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 medium sized banana 3/4 cup regular Cheerios 2 Tbsp. Splenda |

Cheerios Protein Shake 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high (about 1 minute) until it's thoroughly combined and creamy. 2. This makes a large shake. You can also split it in two and cover the second one, put it in the refrigerator and save it for the next day. Yield: 1 serving (But can be split in 2) |
