1/2 cup Splenda 1 tsp. Lemonade mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground 1/2 tsp. cloves, ground 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground 1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder 8 tsp. sugar free honey |

Orange Spice Protein Shake - (Russian Tea) 1. Mix all the dry ingredients together (KooL-Aid mix through protein powder) EXCEPT the sugar free honey. Store it in an airtight container and you've got a spice protein mix ready to go. 2. When you're ready for a drink, put 3.5 tablespoons of the powdered drink mix into a glass. Mix it in with 2 cups of boiling water. Stir together and mix in 2 teaspoons of sugar free honey. Relax and enjoy the hot spice protein. Yield: 4 servings (2 cups finished spice drink per serving.) |
