Chest Stretch

Chest Stretch Picture

Place you hands on both sides of a doorway or squat rack at shoulder height. Keeping your feet together, knees slightly bent, and chest and head up move your upper body forward until you feel a comfortable stretch.

Hold the stretch until the tension in the muscle group is relaxed, this may take approximately 20 to 45 seconds.

Relax and repeat one or two times.
