Fitness Events are specifically for people in Key West. We've included them so our local clients can choose one and use it for motivation. They're organized by month and include links to the organizations hosting them. If you don't live in Key West, we suggest you choose an event to participate in that will keep you motivated in your workout.

To see what progress you're making, we have a section to Chart Your Fitness. Print it out, post it on your refrigerator and track your measurements in 30, 90 and 180 days.
