Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets, skin removed
non-fat cooking spray

2. Mix the sesame seeds together in a separate bowl.
3. Cut the salmon into one inch squares and marinate in the vinegar mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator. (You can also let it marinate overnight and only cook it before the party if you want to make it a day ahead of time.)
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a sheet pan with non-fat butter spray. Place the salmon on the pan and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.
5. Bake the salmon for 5 minutes. Then remove from the oven, flip and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a serving tray and skewer with toothpicks for guests. (Picture shows with optional basil and lemon wedges used as garnish.)
