Ingredients

10 Tbsp. fat free ricotta cheese

20 seedless red grapes, cut in half

20 Original Triscuit Crackers OR
20 whole wheat crackers
(We used Keebler Toasteds Harvest Wheat.)

1/4 tsp. flaked sea salt
(We used white truffle sea salt.)

Up your cheese and cracker game with this sweet and savory combination. We went even more exotic by using white truffle sea salt.

1. Put 1/2 tablespoon ricotta cheese and 1 grape sliced in half on each cracker. Lightly sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Place on a platter and serve.

2. You can cover this dish and keep it in the refrigerator up to 4 hours before a party, then uncover and serve. You don't want to keep it longer, because the crackers will get soggy.

Yield: 20 Servings, 1 Cracker Per Serving
