5 egg whites

1 cup vegetarian chili OR 1 serving WeBeFit chili
(For the Vegetarian Chili we used Hormel Vegetarian Chili 99% Fat Free.)
For the WeBeFit chili we used a single serving of the chili made at this link: WeBeFit Chili

1 slice low sodium whole wheat bread
(We used Alvarado Street No-Salt! Sprouted Multi-Grain Bread.)

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. While warming, separate out the egg whites. Then spray the pan with fat-free cooking spray and scramble the egg whites.

2. While the eggs are cooking, heat up the chili either in a microwave or in a pan on the stove.

3. Toast the bread. Once everything is ready, serve it up together.

Yield: 1 Serving
