Scrambled Egg Sandwich
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. While warming, separate out the egg whites. Then spray the pan with fat-free cooking spray and scramble the egg whites.
2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread. When the bread is finished, split the mayo between each slice and spread it on. Then split the cooked eggs between each slice. Top with the tomatoes and serve.
