(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor)
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. (1/4 cup) unsalted sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
(Regular or caffeine free.)
1/2 cup fat free milk
2 Tbsp. Splenda no calorie sweetener
(We used the box that measures cup for cup like sugar.)
