Ingredients
3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
(We used Miracle Whip.)
3/4 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 oz. thinly sliced lean deli corned beef, chopped
4 medium (3.7 oz. each) onion bagels
OPTIONAL
1.5 tsp. horseradish
2. Stir in the onion, parsley and corned beef. If you want a little kick you can mix the optional horseradish in now.
3. Cut each bagel in half. Then slice each half into 10 pieces. With 4 bagels, you'll end up with 80 pieces.
4. Put the dip in a serving bowl and arrange the bagel pieces around it. If you're making this in advance, cover the dip and the slices seperately and store in the refrigerator. This recipe keeps well for a day in the refrigerator when properly covered.
