Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unsalted butter

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped

10 oz. package thawed, chopped frozen spinach

1 clove (1 tsp.) garlic, minced

8 oz. (1 cup) fat-free cream cheese

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan style grated topping

Crispy Baguettes (Mini Slices of Crispy Bread)
(We used Dare Crispy Baguettes French Bread Style.)

1. Put the butter in a large saucepan and melt it over medium heat. Stir in the artichoke hearts, spinach and garlic.

2. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cream cheese, yogurt and Parmesan. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.

4. Pour into a serving bowl and place Crispy Baguettes or small slices of bread around the bowl. If you've got more time, take 1 tablespoon of dip and put it on top of each Crispy Baguette arranged on a platter.

5. This dip is best served warm. You can refrigerate it and serve it chilled, but you will need to mix it before putting it out because the water from the yogurt has a tendency to separate.

Yield: (Approximately) 11 Servings - Serving Size is 3 Tbsp. Dip with 3 Crispy Baguettes
