Ingredients


2 cups canned, black beans, drained

1/4 of a (14.5 oz.) can, no salt added diced tomatoes

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1 (8 oz) fat-free plain yogurt

1 Tbsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. chili powder


1. Drain black beans then pour everything into a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until it's thoroughly mixed together.

2. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving so it will set up.

Yield: (Approximately) 6 Servings - Serving Size is 9 Tbsp. of Dip
