Ingredients


2 Tbsp. fat free cream cheese

2 tsp. horseradish, prepared

1 medium (7 oz.) whole pear, cut into four wedges

9 slices roast beef
(We used Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Cured Roast Beef.)

4 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon


Tired of the same old appetizers at parties? Putting together beef and pear is odd, but match them up with horseradish and it really comes together. Make sure to get tender pears and avoid cutting them until the last minute. You don't want them to turn brown from sitting.

1. Mix together the cream cheese and horseradish until thoroughly combined.

2. Cut the pear into four wedges and remove the stem and seeds. Then put 1/2 a tablespoon of the spread all over each slice.

3. Place two slices of the roast beef on top and sprinkle with chopped tarragon.

Yield: 4 Servings
