Ingredients
3 (11 oz.) cans Mexican Style corn
8 oz. reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) container fat free sour cream
3/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
5 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped
This flavorful dip can be made the day before a party. It tastes great with chips, crackers, sliced vegetables or dinner rolls.
1. Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours until ready to serve.
Yield: 14 Servings, 1/2 cup per serving.
