Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
(We used Quaker 1-minute oats.)
1/2 of a medium banana (3 oz. without peel.)
1/4 cup of fat free half & half
1 large whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
(We used Premier Protein 100% Whey Protein Powder.)
2 Tbsp. stevia or Splenda
buttery cooking spray
1 Tbsp. no sugar added chocolate style chips - DIVIDED
(We used Lilys Dark Chocolate Style Baking Chips.)
If you have some time in the morning, this is a tasty, protein-packed breakfast. It takes 5 minutes to put together and another 25 to cook.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Put all the ingredients EXCEPT the buttery cooking spray or the chocolate style chips in a food processor, blender or bullet blender.
3. Blend for about 1 minute until thoroughly combined.
4. Lightly coat the ramekin with buttery cooking spray.
5. Pour HALF of the mixture into a ramekin that holds one cup.
6. Sprinkle HALF the chocolate style chips over the top.
7. Pour the remainder of the mixture into the ramekin. Then sprinkle the remaining chocolate style chips over the top.
8. Put the ramekin into a small pan to catch any overflow.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top starts to turn brown. Let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy.
