Ingredients
1 box sugar free cake mix (We used Pillsbury Zero Sugar Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix.)

1 box (0.3 oz.) Zero Sugar Jell-O Black Cherry
1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used RYSE Jet-Puffed Loaded Protein Marshmallow Flavor.)

5 large egg whites
1 large whole egg
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 cup water
12 oz (2.5 cups) frozen dark cherries, thawed
(If you use fresh make sure to remove the pits and stems.)

Made these super simple black cherry protein loafs, and they disappeared fast. Each loaf has just 205 calories and packs 6 grams of protein, but tastes like dessert. All you do is mix, bake, and enjoy. Got extras? Freeze them in bags or containers, then pop one in the microwave for a quick, satisfying snack anytime.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, Jell-O black cherry powder, and protein powder.

2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together.
3. Add the eggs, oil, and water to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.


4. Fold in the cherries.

5. Lightly grease 12 mini loaf pans with avocado oil. Divide the batter evenly among the pans.


6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7. Let the loaves cool in the pans for 5 minutes, then remove and enjoy.
Store the loaves in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, place the loaves in a freezer-safe container or bag. They will keep well in the freezer for up to 4 months. Thaw at room temperature or defrost in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds before enjoying.

Microwave each loaf for approximately 45-60 seconds. You can also leave it out at room temperature and it will be ready to eat in about two hours.
