Ingredients
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
(We used Quaker Instant)
1 cup water
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup Cary's Syrup (Sugar Free)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
This recipe is high in fat (but not the bad saturated fats) because of the walnuts. If combined with an overall diet that is LOW in fat, this breakfast is acceptable.
1.Combine the oatmeal and water then microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
2. Add the maple syrup, walnuts and cinnamon.
3. That's it, eat!
