This recipe is ideal is you're making breakfast for several people, they all have different preferences and you want them all to be ready at the same time.
1. Put all the ingredients into a Ziploc freezer bag and shake to mix it up. One omelet per bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and tightly seal.
2. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
3. Put all the bags in the pot, reduce heat to medium high and cook for 13 minutes. 6-8 omelets can be cooked in the same pot.
4. Cut the bags open and the omelet rolls right out. Serve with salt-free toast and sugar-free jam for a great (fun) breakfast.
