Ingredients


1 Lean Cuisine Ginger Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken (Spa Cuisine Classics)

fat-free cooking spray

8 egg whites

Optional Toast

2 slices SALT FREE multi-grain bread
(We used Alvarado Street Bakery no salt Sprouted Multi-grain.)

2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Jam
(We used Smuckers.)


This recipe is higher in sodium. To make your breakfast more balanced, we suggest adding a slice or two of salt-free bread topped with sugar-free jam.

1. Heat up the Lean Cuisine according to package directions.

2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on medium heat and spray with fat-free cooking spray. Pour 4 egg whites into the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until egg has started to set.

3. Add 1/2 of the contents of the Lean Cuisine and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until egg starts to harden. Fold egg mixture in half and cook an additional 2 minutes. Finally flip omlette over and cook a final 2 minutes or until egg is fully set.

4. Repeat steps two and three to use up the remaining half of the Lean Cuisine and make the second omelet.

Yield: 2 Servings
