1/2 cup dry oatmeal
(We used Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats.)

1 cup water

1 Tbsp. natural creamy peanut butter

2 tsp. stevia or splenda

1/2 cup of grapes

1. Stir together the oatmeal, water and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and heat on high for 2-4 minutes. Add Splenda or stevia to taste.

2. Mix the grapes in with the oatmeal and serve.

Yield: 1 Serving
