Ingredients


1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 or 2 Tbsp. Splenda or stevia

1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

1/2 cup Pro Granola
(We used Julian Bakery Pro Granola Espresso Cluster.)


Yogurt, fruit and granola taste great together. But using regular ingredients, they're full of sugar and fat. So we made this combination with Greek yogurt (to cut down on sugar) and a healthy granola we discovered. Make a single serving for breakfast, or split it up for two snacks.

1. Stir the Splenda or stevia into the yogurt to match your taste.

IF MAKING A SINGLE SERVING

2. Put half a cup of the yogurt into a serving dish. Spread half the strawberries on top of that and half the granola on top of that.

3. Put the remaining half of yogurt on top, and cover that with the remaining strawberries and granola.

IF MAKING TWO SERVINGS – DIVIDE INGREDIENTS BETWEEN 2 CUPS OR BOWLS
