1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard

1 tsp. dried parsley

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
