3 large strawberries sliced (or 6 small strawberries)

1 packet artificial sweetener
(We used Splenda.)

4 oz. lowfat, low carb vanilla yogurt
(We used Dannon Light'n Fit Carb Control Vanilla Cream.)

1/3 cup low fat granola

1/2 cup blueberries

2 Tbsp. fat free whipped cream

1. In a tall glass pour in the strawberries and top with 1/2 a packet of artificial sweetener. Then add 1/2 the yogurt, 1/2 the granola, the remaining yogurt, the remaining granola and the blueberries. Sprinkle the remaining artificial sweetener on top of the blueberries and top with 2 Tbsp. of fat free whipped cream.

2. If you use frozen fruit (as we did for the photo) make sure to buy only the no sugar added varieties. Defrost them or heat for approximately 1 minute so they're thawed, but still cold.

3. Serve in a glass that's large enough the parfait doesn't spill out if you want to mix it all up!
