Chocolate Brownie Mix
(We used Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Brownie Mix Chocolate Fudge.)

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

3 Tbsp. water

2 egg whites

1 can (15 oz.) of black beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed
(We used Bush's Best Black Beans.)

We changed the ingredients you add to the mix. Follow these instructions instead of the ones printed on the Brownie Mix box.

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the first four ingredients, brownie mix through egg whites into a blender. Start blending.

2. Slowly add the beans to the blender and keep it mixing until thoroughly combined. The brownie mix should be creamy and smooth.

3. Coat an 11 x 8 baking pan with fat free cooking spray. Pour the brownie mix in and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Remove brownies from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve.

Yield: 8 Large Servings
Yield: 32 Bit Sized Pieces Cut Up as an Appetizer
