1/4 cup boiling water

1 package (.3 oz.) sugar free Lime Jell-O

2 containers (6 oz. each) reduced fat key lime yogurt

1 carton (8 oz.) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
(We used Cool Whip Free.)

Reduced Fat Graham Crust

1. Pour the boiling water in a bowl. Then mix in the lime Jell-O. Quickly mix in the yogurt and whipped cream and whisk it all together.

2. Fold the entire mixture into the graham crust, cover and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until it sets. For a frozen treat, put the pie in the freezer for 2 hours and it comes out like ice cream.

Yield: 8 Servings
