4 oz. fat free cream cheese

3/4 cup (6 oz.) fat free Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Honey
(We Used Honey Tree Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)

2 cups blueberries

2 tsp. lemon zest, freshly grated

1. Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Then drain off any liquid from on top the yogurt and pour it over the cream cheese. Add the honey and use a mixer or sturdy whisk to beat the ingredients together until light and creamy.

2. Layer the blueberries and cream sauce in dessert bowls or serving glasses. Top each one with a sprinkle of the lemon zest on top.

3. You can cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours if you're not serving it immediately.

Yield: 4 Servings - 1/2 Cup Blueberries per Serving
