Ingredients
1 lb. frozen strawberries, hulled and thawed
3 Tbsp. Sugar Free Imitation Honey
(We used HoneyTree's Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)
2 Tbsp. Splenda or Stevia
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
6 basil leaves, torn into small pieces
Strawberry pops are good, but that touch of basil grabs your taste buds and wakes them up. Don't settle for boring when you can give your mouth bazinga!
1. Pour all the ingredients EXCEPT basil in a blender and mix. Scrape the ingredients off the sides and make sure it's thoroughly pureed.
2. Add the basil leaves and blend until it's incorporated but not pureed into the mix.
3. Divide the mixture between six 1/3 cup molds, then freeze until solid.Yield: 6 Servings
