1 cup strawberries, chopped

1/2 cup fat free milk
(We used Fairlife 50% less sugar Ultra-Filtered Milk.)

2 Tbsp. coconut water

1 Tbsp. whipping cream

1 Tbsp. Splenda, stevia or Swerve Sugar Replacement

6 Tbsp. Sugar Free Cool Whip

Enjoy strawberries with a lightly flavored coconut cream milk. This recipe is best when all ingredients start out cold.

1. Chop the strawberries and set aside.

2. Mix together the milk, coconut water and whipping cream in a small bowl.

3. Begin assembling the dish.
a. Pour half the strawberries in a bowl, then lightly sprinkle with half of Splenda, stevia or Swerve. Put three tablespoons of sugar free cool whip on top.
b. Cover with remaining strawberries, sprinkle remaining sweetener over that and top with remaining three tablespoons cool whip.

4. Pour the coconut cream over everything and serve.

Yield: 1 Serving
