1 package (1 oz.) sugar free and fat free vanilla pudding
(We used Jell-O Vanilla Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding.)

2 cups cold fat free milk
(We used Fairlife Fat Free Ultra Filtered Milk.)

4 medium (5.4 oz. each) apples, cored and chopped
(We used Pink Lady Apples.)

1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
(We used Cool Whip Sugar Free.)

6 Tbsp. Heath Bits O' Brickle Toffee Bits
(Found where you buy chocolate chips.)

We wanted to make something to bring to a potluck party, but just didn't have a lot of time. From start to finish it took less than 5 minutes to make this dish. It was super easy and the guests cleaned it out. More proof that healthier options CAN taste great.

Candy Apple Salad

1. Use a large bowl and whisk together the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes. Let stand for approximately 2 minutes while it soft sets and you chop up the apples.
2. Fold in the whipped topping. Then fold in the apples.
3. You can fold in the Heath Bits now or sprinkle 3/4 of a tablespoon over each serving when done.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 8 Servings
