1 can (14.5 ounces) no sugar added sliced pears, chopped
(We used Del Monte No Sugar Added Sliced Pears.)

1 package (16 ounces) sugar free yellow cake mix
(We used Pillsbury Sugar Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix.)

4 large egg whites, room temperature

buttery cooking spray

2 Tbsp. white flour

4 tsp. powdered sugar

By using a sugar free cake mix, we were able to take this cake down from over 20 grams of sugar a slice to only 3 grams per slice. You'll love the dense moist texture this cake has.

Pear Bundt Cake (Low Sugar)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Drain the pear juice into a large mixing bowl. Chop the pears up and add them to the bowl.

3. Stir the cake mix and eggs into the bowl.

4. Use a mixer and beat the cake mix on low for 30 seconds, then beat on high for 4 minutes.

5. Lightly coat a bundt pan (fluted tube pan) with cooking spray and dust with the flour.

6. Add the batter to the pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes. When a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean it's done.

7. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Dust with the confectioners sugar and cut into 12 slices.
