We've included instructions for two versions of this recipe. The first is like a pizza; the second is like a pie. Both taste great.
1. Mix together the brownie mix, avocado oil, water, egg and protein powder.

FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS TO MAKE A PIZZA
(SKIP TO STEP 8 TO MAKE A PIE.)
2. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit on a pizza pan, then lightly spray the parchment paper with avocado oil. Spread the brownie mix evenly out on the parchment paper so it extends 12 inches across.

3. Bake the brownie at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick put in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes.

4. Whisk together the Jell-O pudding and cold milk in a large bowl for about 2 minutes.

5. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture and spread it over the brownie crust.

6. Top with the berries, we used blueberries. For extra flavor, drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with pecans or other nuts. (The nutritional breakdown does not include chocolate syrup or nuts.)

7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into 8 slices and serving.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS INTO A PIE
8. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate with avocado oil. Then fill with the brownie mix.

9. Bake for 26 to 30 minutes, until set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Bake thoroughly or when you cut it into slices it will not hold up.

10. Whisk together the Jell-O pudding and cold milk in a large bowl for about 2 minutes.

11. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture and spread it over the brownie crust.

12. Top with the berries, we used raspberries. For extra flavor, drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle with pecans or other nuts. (The nutritional breakdown does not include chocolate syrup or nuts.)
