1. Dissolve Jell-O: In a medium bowl, whisk together Jell-O powder and boiling water until completely dissolved.
2. Add protein: Whisk in either yogurt or cottage cheese until smooth and fully combined. If you're using cottage cheese, you should consider using an immersion blender to thoroughly combine.
