Ingredients

3 cups (24 oz.) fat free cottage cheese

1 box (0.3 oz or 8.5 g) Zero Sugar Black Cherry Jell-O

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

12 oz. (About 2 1/4 cups) blackberries

Each parfait uses about 1/2 cup of the cottage cheese mixture and 2 oz of blackberries. Swap in raspberries or sliced strawberries if you like, and any Zero Sugar Jell-O flavor works with this method.

Cottage cheese and Jell-O powder. Sounds like something from a 1970s church potluck, right? Wrong. Blend them together and you get a smooth, creamy black cherry dessert with a serious protein punch. Layer it with fresh blackberries or strawberries and enjoy. Try it before you judge it..
