Bake at 400°F until golden, add your toppings, and enjoy a healthy, protein-packed meal. Make it ahead, freeze, and bake anytime you crave pizza.

Make the Crust in Advance: Pre-bake it, wrap it tightly and freeze on a flat surface. When you're ready to make a pizza, take the frozen crust out, cover with sauce and toppings and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, until hot. You do not have to thaw the crust, it will thaw during the baking process.

Reheat the slices on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven. You can also microwave it on medium power for 1-2 minutes, but the crust will get a little soft.
